Who We Are?
Brand Identity and Company Background
SIVALI is a non-OEM automotive-parts brand serving the U.S. aftermarket. We focus on exterior replacement parts, styling and modification components, floor mats, and related interior-protection products. From China, we support U.S. automotive businesses through product development, production and sourcing coordination, quality inspection, packaging, export, and supply-chain capabilities. SIVALI itself is the U.S. company and operating entity for the brand. It was established in October 2024 and is registered in Los Angeles, California.
Brand Origins and Development
Our automotive-parts industry experience dates to 2013. As the business evolved, its China-based operating entity changed over time as part of the business’s organizational development. The current operating company, Danyang Gongshen Auto Parts Co., Ltd., was established on August 13, 2020. Building on this experience, SIVALI now brings integrated capabilities across product development, production, sourcing, packaging, export, and supply-chain management to the U.S. market.
The Relationship Between SIVALI and Our Manufacturing System
SIVALI’s product and supply system includes products we help develop and manufacture, products sold under the SIVALI brand, selected third-party non-OEM products, and multi-category sourcing solutions tailored to customer needs. Not every product sold by SIVALI is manufactured by us.
SIVALI and Danyang Gongshen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. currently operate on a commercially and operationally affiliated basis. The China-based operations support product development, manufacturing coordination, sourcing, quality inspection, packaging, and export for SIVALI. The related formal legal procedures and documentation are still being completed.
The Role We Aim to Play in the U.S. Market
We aim to become a long-term non-OEM parts supply partner for U.S. automotive businesses. Today, SIVALI provides a more direct path from China-based product development, production and sourcing coordination, quality inspection, packaging, and export to international delivery. After U.S. warehousing, inventory, and delivery capabilities launch, we plan to extend this path to domestic fulfillment, consumer channels, and a service network.
